iPad Art

Lovely working with the staff at Stoke Heath Primary on developing Art throughout the school. New ideas, ways of working, schemes, monitoring and a brief introduction to how the iPad might play a part. Brushes, Doodle Buddy, Photoshop Express, camera and Paper gave a little flavour of what l the fuss is a out to wet people’s appetite.

Introduction to the iPad

Really enjoyable session the the staff of Sacred Heart Primary in Coventry. Introduced everyone to some of the ways to integrate the iPad into the classroom.

Speed Learning

3 minute demonstration. 6 minutes of questions. 1 minute to go to the next demonstration!

Sounds like madness. I met lots of teacher, made a podcast in 3 minutes and answered a few questions.

Result being some inspired teachers.

Next step book some help with strategic planning and training to embed the technology into everyday school life.

Training & or Staff Meetings

One staff meeting as an introduction to the iPad doesn’t constitute training. In my experience it is a great motivational force and gets teachers thinking about the possibilities. To move a school forward with the use of iPads and technology in general there needs to be a strategic plan. This could take a year to carry out and will requires time but the end results will be a much higher educational return on your investment.
