A range of full and half day training is available. Browse the options below but do be aware that bespoke training is available too if there are particular needs within your school please email to discuss them further.

Vision & Planning – working with the ICT coordinator and SLT to review current practice, audit current provision and delivery of ICT within the school. Followed by enhancing the current schemes of work with a progression of activities to move the teaching of technology forward.

Introduction to iPad iOS – days training/workshop on the iPad. Ideal for schools who have or are just in the process of purchasing iPads. This would get all staff up to speed with how and iPad work and also ideas about how to integrate it into their classroom practice. 

Introduction to Mac OSX – days training/workshop on the Macbook. Ideal for schools who have or are just in the process of purchasing MacBooks. This would get all staff up to speed with how and MacBooks work and also ideas about how to integrate it into their classroom practice.

 Podcasting – working directly with the class teacher for the morning and another in the afternoon to make high quality podcasts using the iPad. Teachers will learn techniques and ways of linking podcasting to their day to day topics and schemes. (Mac or iPad)

 Movie Making – working with the class teacher to create films based around a current topic. The day will include: storyboarding, understanding film techniques, camera angles, use of iMovie, editing and creating a finished product. Some preparation will be required on behalf of the class to get the most out of this day. (iPad)

Creating iBooks – working alongside the class teacher in the morning and another class in the afternoon the session will use  wide range of Apps on the iPad to bring together a multi-media, content rich iBook that will e published in the iBooks library on the iPad and exported to be sent home or hosted on your school website/blog. (iPad)

 Music Technology  – training and support for schools. This includes Logic Pro on the Mac, Garageband on the Mac, GarageBand on the iPad and a whole host of music apps to support teaching and learning.
